NYC/Philly Watchmaker for Rolex OP36 with Mod GENUINE/OEM Explorer/Sub hands

Largely a repeat of my post on WUS, but I figured y'all here would perhaps have a higher concentration of Rolex experts for clear reasons:

Long time lurker and first-time poster, but I figured I'd defer to the expert opinions here on a somewhat idiosyncratic matter. Sorry for the long post in advance.

I have an incoming Rolex 116000 OP 36 (Blue 3 6 9 dial) from a reputable/established member here (will definitely leave him good review after I pick up the watch - he was very extremely patient when PayPal had some delay and fully worked with me). The watch's authenticity is NOT at all in question as I buy the seller and have done my ample due diligence (also not my first time buying online).

However, I was hoping to find an reputable independent watchmaker (familiar with Rolex) in Philadelphia or New York City (or anywhere close) that would do a check-up / authentication / pressure test / regulation & service, if needed (which I doubt is needed, to be honest) on a modded Rolex. This is the popular mod where the Rolex 116000 has genuine sub/explorer hands installed (I also have the genuine stick hands from the excellent seller) to make it effectively a blue explorer with full lume. I rather like this configuration and would want to keep the explorer/sub hands on the watch; however, I am real with myself and I know that I will probably flip this down the line sometime to fund a DJ41, 214270, or a 116710LN.

It would be a great help to me if I were able to get a reputable watchmaker to look at the movement and confirm that it's genuine, as well as tell me that nothing needed to be regulated or serviced. Once again, I trust this seller 100%, but out of good faith for my future buyers (as well as to extend my own knowledge of watchmakers in the area), I'd love some introductions or recommendations to people who would do this sort of "check-up" or "authentication" or a mod with genuine OEM parts. I don't even have my toolkit on me at the minute and so I'd need someone to size the bracelet anyway. I, of course, do not mind paying (and paying well) for an expert's time on this, as I am aware of their skill and time commitment needed to do this sort of one-time non-recurring revenue stream.

I'm aware of the regular route for "authentication" or "check-up" on used watches; with Omega and Rolex, it is usually quite straightforward as I just walk into the Omega Boutique in NYC or the RSC NYC, and have them size the bracelet as well as see if the watch needs a service or regulation (and by opening the movement and assessing or regulating it, they've implicitly confirmed its authenticity). They'll of course do it free of charge (not the service, of course, but at least the regulation and the estimated quote for service) if the watch is in its fully original and genuine configuration. However, RSC NYC (I called them today) told me that they will not even size the bracelet, much less open the caseback, of a modded Rolex (even if the modded parts are 100% OEM). They stated that they used to offer service, for a fee of course, for putting the watch back into its original configuration if the modded parts were genuine Rolex OEM, but they've now said that they won't even do this type of service anymore - all mods, genuine parts or not, will be 100% turned away immediately (at least this is what they said on the phone).

So, my question to you experts would be, where/who should I go to in order to "check-up", pressure test, and "authenticate" (generally make sure the watch is "all good," for both myself and my future buyer once I decide to flip) a modded Rolex with genuine OEM Parts in the the Northeast USA (around Philly, NYC, DC, etc.)
I again want to reiterate that I do NOT at all doubt the seller, and honestly if I were never flipping the watch I'd probably not even want a check-up right now as the watch, I'm told, winds well and is running COSC; however, it says something (in my opinion) positive about my character if I can honestly say to future buyers that I myself had a reputable watchmaker check-up this modded Rolex OP during the time it was in MY possession.

I have done my due diligence on past posts in order to not waste everyone's time - I've heard good things about Harri Beutler, but am wondering if anyone has other recommendations (especially since WUS and RolexForums threads are quite old sometimes when it comes to independent watchmakers and recommendations). I figured perhaps other inexperienced members like myself can benefit from this knowledge in the future as well.
