Incoming finally

So I hadn’t reached out to my AD in awhile. I text them earlier asked him to keep an eye out for a sub date 20 minute later I got a text that said they just got one in come and get it. Super pumped I have wanted one for awhile now. I was almost home now time to turn around and make the drive back to Dallas.

Long story short, he has been on a hunt for a blk sub date for a pretty long time. He can’t even get on the “waitlist” at his AD. Vast majority on the thread is recommending grey market (myself included).

Would you mind sharing how good your purchase history with your AD is?
If you don’t want to share no big deal.

2018 to 2019 mid year I did buy a lot of
Watches around 70k. They had sold me a 2 tone sub , stainless gmt , 2 tone root beer , polar explorer , blue face dj 41 smooth bezel. Then I just kind of stopped going and touching base with them for months. Then I decided other day to text them and tell them I really wanted to get a sub date for my new boat watch. I
Knew they were just opening back
Up from covid. He called me back in 20 minutes said they just got it in. I said holy crap
Yes. I got lucky finally. I will add they never got me a hulk or Batman but this will
Defiantly keep me coming back in the future.

My fingers are crossed for you!

My situation was similar to yours, but I gave up on getting a Rolex much sooner. Ended up with a Blancpain Bathyscaphe and am very happy with it.

Best of luck.

So if there are no shipments coming out of Rolex NYC, where are these new pieces coming from??
Several posts on new incoming Rolexes lately.

Thanks guys. Dallas Texas is where mine came from.. He told me you better send me a card and come get it ASAP before the owner takes it for another client. It was just perfect timing for me today.

What is crazy is I got to my AD and no watches or jewelry out to see. It’s all locked up and brought out from the safe due to rioting. They are concerned people will come during day and loot the place. They close at 5:00 daily also.

This is a prime example of why now is the perfect time to step up the reaching out to ADs game, some of them want to/need to get rid of vault stock.
