That looks incredible! I love these factory gem references.

Do you mind sharing some more details on how the acquisition process is on these off catalog references?

Pretty much there is a dollar amount that you have to have already spent with a dealership before they can even put the request to Rolex directly to obtain such a piece. Anything below this number and they won't even bother. I feel like it has to do with the fact that Rolex needs to know you can afford it but nobody would tell me otherwise. And even having this high threshold is still not a guarantee that they can secure one from Rolex, but that is where I think a bit of luck comes into play.

I’m not sure how Rolex would know what you have previously spent? Surely this can’t be an official thing for Rolex can it?

I saw one of these but it white gold at Disney springs of all palaces, heavy hitter for sure

I think perhaps casually walking into the AD with the infinity stones might have helped :-)

Which one did you find most useful? Reality I assume.

It's one incredible watch. Congrats!

Yes - Rolex now have a register of who's names go on the warranty. Top end watches are now allocated to individuals not ADs. AD needs to request one for you. You flip it - your record becomes worthless!!!

This just simply isn't true.

Maybe they keep a list of who's names go on the top end watches.

But bedsides that, they could care less about who owns their watches, as long as they are sold in the correct manner by the AD.
