Availability in Athens

Visiting Athens and checked out 5 authorized dealers….I’ve been reading that things are bad at AD’s all around the world, but seeing it first hand is a real eye-opener.

All that was in the case at 4/5 ad’s were 3 tiny women’s datejust models (with diamonds) and ZERO men’s models of any kind. ZERO!

One of the shops had 2 rose gold sky dwellers on oysterflex, a black dial op 41 and a yellow gold day date with champagne stick dial….which was pretty surprising/impressive given the current situation. I just wasn’t interested in any of those models.

Wonder how long this extreme unavailability will last.

I thought so too. That ad was in Piraeus.

I would have probably snatched that black OP41. There's always the possibility to swap the dial if it gets boring.

It crossed my mind, because I really like the Tiffany or yellow op41, but has the dial swap been 100% confirmed?

In some countries apparently, but not everywhere yet. Probably only a question of time.

For as long as more people want Rolex watches than Rolex can supply.

I’d been all over one of the SkyD’s

I’m guessing since RG it was Slate and Chocolate maybe.

Availability in Athens

Honestly you just found the only inventory in the case like anywhere. If you’re waiting to find a Tiffany OP in the case, good luck.
