Hoodinkee Insurance
Greetings all,
Trying to choose if I'm going to go with Hodinkee for insurance for my 116500. I'm reading their coverages and pricing is good but would love some of the RF members input or advice. Thanks. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk |

I bought the insurance and the policy seems fair and accounts for appreciation. Other than that, I have fortunately not had to use it.

I have it on all of my watches...my rate is right at 1.2%
Super easy to use, tell them the make, reference number and value you want to insure it for and upload a picture and you are done. They cover you if you lose it, damage it or it gets stolen anywhere in the world. |

There’s multiple threads on Hodinkee/Chubb weekly and one literally yesterday. I’d suggest searching.
In short, Hodinkee/Chubb is awesome provided your rates for your location aren’t sky high. That’s what prevents some from switching is the rates for their zip code aren’t advantageous. Otherwise, it’s modernized compared to other insurance carriers. I’d recommending getting a quote and proceeding from there. Agree. Chubb is remarkable. I have done all my insurance business with them for many years and have been nothing but completely satisfied. They settled claims very fairly and promptly.

As stated several threads already. No appraisals, easy to add/delete watches and teh claims experience was good according to one of our members who suffered a loss. Go get the coverage on your watch and move on.

It's hard to keep up with appreciation on some watches. Hodinkee makes it easier to insure appropriately.
