Datejust 16620 service and new dial
Guys, I just joined this forum
Few weeks back, I have asked my Datejust 16620 to be serviced and HK Rolex center. They said, it needs to replace dial. But they can't tell me how the new dial look like and not returning the old. According to their policy this is take or not. If I don't replace the dial without knowing how look like, they will just return my watch without service. What would you guys do? |

Is your current dial damaged? if not, take it elsewhere for a service.

Would love to see a photo of the current dial? Can you post one?
Sometimes dials are so messed up they’re not worth saving. However, an RSC can also come up with the pickiest reason to insist on changing the dial. |
