DD Dial Swap Info
Anybody have recent experience swapping their dial (not date disc) with RSC? I really like the recently released blue ombre dial.
I'm aware I can't swap for special dials, such as meteorite dial, but I'm not sure if I can ask to swap for a dial that wasn't in production when I acquired my DD. Any info is appreciated. Thanks! |

I'll stand corrected if I'm wrong but the dial swap should be possible as long as your Day-Date reference is correct to the dial and your watch is out of the 5 year period

My understanding is no “voluntary” RSC dial swaps for any watch still under warranty.
Beyond that, if the reference number of your watch is the same as the current model, it seems to be allowed. Someone here posted the dials they were offered for a swap (on a 18038, iirc), which included some dials not offered at the time it was bought. The only worthwhile answer will come from your RSC, though - Let us know what they say? |
