A friend offered to sell me this watch recently and I can't seem to find much info on it.

I'm guessing it is late 60's/early 70's. Movement is signed JP Pingouin.

Anybody know anything more about this watch?

I know absolutly nothing about it but Try breitlingsourse.com tons of ling info there.

Dial looks redone. Never seen Breitling in that font.
That combined with the movement not being signed Breitling or Wakmann, I would say this is a fake.
I think it is Just a Pingouin with a fake Breitling dial.
