The Jury rests, I'm done.....

Well after six years of serious flipping and owning basically every single model other than a day date or sky dweller, I can truly say that my collection is complete. I honestly know that I've never truly thought that before. I had become addicted to the thrill of buying a new watch and somehow got a way of enjoying the pieces that I've worked hard to collect. I did a rough count the other day and Ive bought over 30 pieces in the past six years . I do feel for me at least that the perfect number is three, but my collection sits at four. Of the four I have, I've bought the BLNR four different times and the blue Milgauss three different times, only to miss them like crazy! I'm glad the flipping train has finally come to an end. The only other move I was contemplating was the blue sky dweller or a blue sub, but after finally seeing the blue sky dweller and getting to wear a friends blue sub for a few days I now know I'm done. At least until something Basel BLOWS me away.......

That's a great set. I am shock there isn't a diver in there. However, this post is refreshing. To see someone come the full circle of flipping truly trying to find the "one". Good to hear you are actually enjoying these.

Ah, then you're good! I just understood you to be a GMT fan though with the multiple BLNR purchases

I wonder which of the two Daytonas gets the most wrist time?! By the way, congratulations on your collection!

Love the sub but I dont love its popularity BUT I just prefer the GMT over the sub, and for me they look too similiar to own both....

That’s a nice bunch but I’m sure something will tickle your fancy in the future and it will change your collection again. But hey that’s just human nature and nothing wrong with that. Enjoy in good health!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the path you've taken to get where you are now, or with the desire to consolidate. That is a perfectly lovely quartet of watches. On the other hand, it's not the worse thing in the world to be enthusiastic and passionate about the design and engineering that goes into these watches, lol, and the desire to want one or two more throughout the next few years. Enjoy your watches and keep the passion!

Regards from another Rick, lol.

Thanks for sharing. I always like to see what "chronic flippers" end up settling down with. (Nce choices too)

Your two tone Daytona with Arabic dial is a stunner and is no longer available.
Smart move to keep it.
