I think because the Jumbo has it, and has had it from the beginning, you could make an argument that the dial of the 15400 is more reminiscent of the Jumbo in that sense along with the thinner hour markers.
hahaha you got me there, the dimensions of the jumbo are so perfect it really doesn't matter what is on the dial
