Ceramic Submariner Date without the cyclops

Hi guys,

I have a ceramic Submariner Date.

Over time I have realised the cyclops is really irritating me, and maybe I should have bought the "plain" Sub in the first place (no date)...

I would like to source a replacement Sub ND crystal and have it put in place of the one with the magnifying glass...

Is it a complicated procedure?

Can any watchmaker basically do it?

What do I need to know before I attempt this?

Thanks and stay safe!
