Zenith A384 Revival El Primero 400

Hi guys,

Quick question:

I understand the general rule for operating a standard chronograph is start, stop, reset.

When operating a Zenith El Primero 400 chronograph, can you start, stop and start again without resetting it? Call it pause if you like. Will it damage the movement?

Thanks for your help!
