Tudor BB 58 PIP Size and Alignment Issues

Today I got the call to go pick up my BB 58. Some issues cropped up right away. They don't ruin the watch; more of a disappointment in the quality of finish.

Issue 1. The lume pip is horribly misaligned, this is seen on a few other BB 58s here that have been posted lately.

Issue 2. The pip shown on the website materials for the black version is much bigger and more defined than what I received. See my attached photos.

I want it fixed, but would not like to see it gone for another few months. What can I do here? Thanks
