For such a young company their dress watch selection is pretty spectacular. After dealing with Czapek I'll tell you one thing, you will not find the level of customer service and appreciation from ANY other watch brand. This may change once they get bigger but at the moment when you deal with them, they make you feel appreciated. My only good interaction with Rolex was my SA, but they lost Rolex so that door is closed. Now when I walk into a Rolex AD I get treated like complete garbage despite having 7 Rolex. Same goes for AP here in Canada. I love Patek but I can't imagine Mr.Stern calling me personally to discuss my new watch.
