RSC or AD watchmaker?

Hi all,

Happy owner of an Explorer II (2019 - ref. 216570).

Unfortunately, the winding mechanism doesn't work anymore (winding the crown but the watch doesn't start).

What's best? Bring it directly to RSC Brussels or take it back to the AD?
Already read so many horror stories, watches coming back from warranty with scratches, new defects, etc.

If the watch has to be sent to RSC anyway, bringing it directly to RSC will minimize potential shipping (and damage), but I guess one can't answer without knowing which place has the best watchmaker…
I guess an experimented watchmaker at the AD is better than a less experimented guy at the RSC…
So any feedback about RSC Brussels?

Cheers from twice gold-winning Belgium today
