Presidents Model 6917 (1982) Do I convert to ETA Quartz?

Deal All.
I have an older Lady's Presidents Model 6917 that has been lovingly worn for nearly 40 years now.
Currently it is running around 25-30 minutes fast every 24 hours. I sent in for an estimate from Rolex service in Dallas. They want $ 3,200 for "needed" service to include the standard dial, hands, crystal, bezel, crown and seals as well as main spring, bar spring gears, "listed internals" as well as a suggested bracelet replacement cost of $ 8400 etc...

So, to my question and needed advice.

Years ago I converted a Datejust to an ETA quartz movement for around $ 100 due to the watch being a second watch as well as my age and the difficultly winding and screwing in the crown every time I wanted to wear it.
I would like to do the same with this lady's watch for the same reasons.

The watch shop I used has long closed and I am asking for suggestions how to proceed. I would rather fix the watch rather than scraping it for the gold.

I would like to re-finish or replace the dial and swap out the original movement to a highline quartz movement using the Rolex hands or similar.

Thank you for your time.
