About to purchase 16610 L serial 1989. Any red flags?

Hi TRF experts!

I need your input on this model based on pictures if there are any red flags? It is a birth year watch and opportunity came along. However i am new to neo vintage/older watches and would like to know if there is anything that stands out or will have issues later on.. was is sold via a reputable seller in another forum. However it was initially bought at a brick and mortar store so no idea if all is legit.

The hands seem to be replacement? Are those rolex replacement or aftermarket?

Will there be any issue if i send to RSC? Can hands be replaced to match the dial patina?

Your overall input on watch? Is it overpolished or should it be polished again?
