For those of you that own or have previously owned Patek 5146 ( Annual Calendar), wanted to get feedback on likes and dislikes about this timepiece. Besides Platinum, are any of the other precious metal variations or the year ( I think movement was updated at one point) considered more rare than others? Does anyone wear it casually with a different strap on it? At this price range are there better Annual Calendar Patek models? Thanks
