Acurate time
I have noticed people really track the acuracy of their Rollies to see any "out of tolerance" watches.

What is a good resource for setting and tracking the acuracy? Is there a website?
I believe the acceptable tolerance is -4/+6 sec's per day.....or am I out of tolerance
