Disappointed with Rolex UK service

Hi All

I posted about this is the general forum, but no one has responded.

I sent my 22 year old Oyster date model 15200 in to Rolex UK for a regular service via my Rolex dealer.

I had to wait nearly three months for the watch to come back as Rolex were very busy. A short while after it came back it suddenly started looking 15 seconds per day. I took it back to the Rolex dealer for return under the repair warranty.

It went away to Rolex service for another three weeks, on return the regulation was almost perfect, however six weeks later it’s loosing 15 seconds a day again. So it’s going to have to go back to the dealer for return under the service warranty yet again.

Am I right in thinking there is something else wrong that is causing the regulation to suddenly run at minus 15 seconds per day?

I’m considering selling the watch and moving away from Rolex when it comes back, as Don’t want to having issues like this and long waiting times for service in the future. With the high cost of a Rolex factory service I expect a lot better.
