Special Incoming - My first Journe

Something really exciting happened yesterday. For those who are familiar with FP Journe, you know just how big of a deal it was not to only be allocated my first piece, but to officially be welcomed to what has become a second family for me. Ironically, when I Visited the boutique two years ago to learn about the brand, it was the Octa Lune that I decided I wanted (I still do, and it’s on order). But I’ve been to about 6 of the events (or more?) in that time, and I think they could sense my longing to have one of their special timepieces - and so they made the Elegante happen for me, a piece that they don’t usually allocate as a first watch due to the demand and more accessible price point.
