The case was made by Huguenin Freres in the late 60's or early 70's. Freres was the maker of the Speedmaster cases at the time, therefore the assumption is he produced these case as prototypes (he did black bezel and orange bezel variants as well) and sent them out to different companies. You will see all kinds of dials on these since many different individuals and companies put their dials in them. However, as you can see mine has no logo on the dial and has the Valjoux 7733 movement. I customized the end links and put it on a Rolex 93160A oyster bracelet that I rebuilt.
I love the grey turnable bezel, Omega domed crystal, matte grey dial and the touch of red. I have never seen another one like it, which in the crazy world of watches is quite rare, and that makes it very special to me.
