Help needed to identify Patek Philippe Quartz Model

Hi,

new member here! My dad has been an avid Patek Philippe collector for many decades and neither he nor his Swiss go-to source were able to identity this quartz-modell. Maybe you can help?

This watch was gifted from a sheik to my wife's father (chief orthopedic surgeon in the largest hospital in Germany) in the late 80s or early 90s for a successful procedure. My wife remembers her dad coming home one evening with watches for every family member. She had forgotten about the watch and we found it just a couple of days ago while redecorating the house :)

Both my dad (the collector) and his friend (leading expert in Switzerland) say that Patek sold quartz watches back in the days and maybe still do. They dont know exactly because their interest is in mechanical watches. Both of them are politely hesitant to assume authenticity.
