Is this place over charging me for a repair?

Hey guys,

My girlfriend left the crown loose and got some water in her women’s datejust.
This local watch store with a good reputation is quoting me $950 for a service including a main spring and reversing wheel.

Her crystal has light scratches on it. A new crystal is $130.

Do these numbers seem fair? Just want to make sure I’m not over paying.

Otherwise, is there someone in NY you guys can recommend?
