Should new Rolexes have dirt/dust on the dial?

Hi all

This Rolex is a few weeks old (OP, silver, 36"). Bought from an official Rolex retailer, as per the Rolex website. Although note this is a shady store which requires you buy a Tudor every time you buy a Rolex.

I bought a loupe (Belomo, 10x) to look at it in detail and I've noticed two things:

1. There are specs of dirt/dust on the dial at 6 minutes and 13 minutes. Only visible with a loupe.

2. No matter what I do, I cannot see the crown etched into the crystal.

I know (2) can be difficult to find, so not too worried about that, but should new Rolexes have specs of dirt/dust on the dial?

Thanks
