5513 seconds hand jumps when setting time anti clockwise

Hi guys, just noticed the above and would like to seek your advice. The seconds hand jumps backwards a few seconds if I turn the crown anti clockwise to set the time, and jump forward to original position once I stop turning.
>> Is this normal?

The seconds hand doesn’t move when I turn and set the time clockwise though.

Watch is a 5513 from the early 1980s with 1520 movement.

Thanks!
