So what should my next (and possibly my last) Rolex be?

So I have a beautiful DayJust that I love. However this compulsion to get another can not be ignored.

I'm new to Rolex and find it very confusing how one Submariner can look just like another but somehow be different.

I've a limited budget and I'm at the mercy of the AD and have a limited budget.

I'm leaning towards the Submariner,
If I can afford it the Batman model.
The other choices are the Explorer 2 with a white dial and possibly a GMT but I'm not really loving or understanding what the numbers on that Dial mean.

My budget is roughly 15k - 18k
Any advice would be appreciated
