I've owned both. Currently have the BLNR on a Jubilee bracelet. For me, it's splitting hairs. I think the BLNR is the better everyday piece. Try as Rolex might, the BLRO has never really perfected the blue/red bicolor bezel. It's certainly improved over the years, but there's clearly fragility issues with the ceramic used. The BLRO is more iconic for sure and I can understand that allure. The BLRO probably works better in a larger collection, whereas the BLNR is better in a smaller collection where it will have more utility as an everyday piece.

My own personal anecdote... I did't really wear the BLRO as much as I thought I would when I first got it. The BLNR I want to wear almost everyday.
