It’s been a while, I have a 1967 Submariner 5512 that’s probably due for a service. Two questions which are related, I don’t always wear it so when I wind it up manually how many turns be for the power supply is at max? Last how many hours can I expect it to keep time before going to sleep?

I had a guy in NY who serviced my watches but he recently retired and I’m in south Florida, and recommendations for a person to service my watch?
