Does this mean anything to the watch?

Hello, forum

I recently acquired 5235G and it is an absolute beauty.
I really love it's brushed dial with blue accent and the angular shape of the lugs. However, there is something unusual with paper work of this watch.

It is stamped "OMAN PALACE" on name and address of owner section of the paper.
Does this mean the watch was originally purchased for/ from royal family in Oman? Or is it just another way of watch getting stamped in Oman?

I included image of the certificate of authenticity along with photo of my new watch.
