Day Date Ombre Incoming!

So I was on the golf course last week and had my phone on silent to avoid work. We had a rain delay so while I was waiting I pulled out my phone to check things. A minute after i pulled it out I received a call from my AD. I had just stopped by there 3 days ago to check the status of 2 watches I was waiting for. One was a Pepsi GMT which I have been waiting for a year and a half. I was told that would probably be at least another 12-18 months. The other watch was a Day Date WG Blue Roman. I had been waiting for that for about 6 months and was told that would be another 12-24 months. My AD said hey funny timing that you were just in but we got a watch in your were looking for. My heart is racing on which one it was going to be. He said its a WG...Day Date...Blue Roman...Ombre! I'm like holy smokes! I originally wanted the plain blue roman dial but I took this one without hesitation. These last few days have been torture! Oh and in Kentucky we get bourbon instead of whiskey during delivery!
