No love for Omega PO!

What is it about the Planet Ocean that it doesn't seem to get much respect? Is it the Rodney Dangerfield of Omega Sport watches?

I don't see many "incomings" about Planet Oceans. Most talk is about the Seamaster 300m (SMP300) or the Speedy. I get the 300SMP, it's a great price point and the Speedy is the classic Moonwatch. The new white dial version is a perfect SS Daytona wannabe.... and it's available. But not a lot of mention of the PO. Why is that?

I have looked various renditions over the years but never pulled the trigger for one reason or another. Looking at some PO options right now. Great choices out there on bracelet and deployant strap which wear more comfortable than the bracelet.

Would like to hear your thoughts on the PO...
