Need help with gmt ii coke !!!!!

Let me start off by saying thank you for reading my first thread, But now down to business. Today I happen to be in the mall and decided to do some window shopping while looking around I saw a GMT II Coke it is a P serial # which puts the year at 2000 now they are asking for $5,000 flat with tax it has no box or papers except the service papers from RSC in NYC. I left a $1,500 refundable deposit and I am suppose to pick it up this Wednesday (10/21/09). So my question to you is am I over paying and if so by how much?,what is the price I should be paying?, If i decide to sell it how much could I get?, and Is a Gmt II Coke rare or hard to find ? ....
