Repeated shocks bad??

So I have a random question. I enjoy playing a djembe/bongo drum, but I also wear a sub LV. Do you guys think that there could be any possible long-term damage done with the repeated shock of hitting a drum w/ the watch on my wrist? I know that Rolex's are supposed to be incredibly durable and robust, and I am definitely not one to baby my watch. I didn't really even think about this being an issue until I heard about the new hair spring that is supposed to be improved shock absorption on the new subs. Anyway, am I safe to wear my Sub for years while hitting a drum for years? Thanks for the input!
