Anyone actually shadow box with a world class boxer? I had a chance to meet Tony "The Tiger" Lopez at a Christmas/movie party. While we were out back I said "let's do this". I put up my dukes and he did likewise. In less than ONE second he threw four punches! My mistake was blinking! I didn't ask for a second helping.......
