Amazing service from Greg aka Mosco

Guys, we often hear negative things in this world instead of positive, and I am a firm believer in offering praise when deserved

I bought a watch from Mosco, great working with him, excellent communication...after about 4-6 weeks it started acting poorly in its time keeping, not even remotely keeping correct time

I contacted Greg who asked that I ship him the watch which I did...he had his watch maker take care of the problem and sent it back to me fed ex, all at no charge

Now Greg has a great rep here, but I gotta praise standing behind something he sold when he really had no obligation in doing so...I wish more people in small business behaved like him
