I heard back from my repairman...

I just got off the phone with the guy who serviced my Submariner last year. My watch is now running 20 seconds a day slow and I can no longer manualy wind it.

My repairman told me both the stem and tube need to be replaced along with a regulation. My cost would be $150.00 for the job. My question is, considering the overhaul was 11 months ago should this be covered? and if not is it a fair price? He also told me that both parts were original to the watch. Any thoughts?
