Will it damage if we do this?

Let say If the new DSSD's 3135 caliber has totally stop (no wearing), and Now,we pull out the crown and then turn its minute hand (clock wise) for 100 turns, (every turn must passed the 12 o'clock for 100 turns by manually) Will this damage the unwinded caliber ? Just curious^^
