Does Rolex choose the cities where the put ADs or does a jewler call and inquire about becoming a AD. Does Rolex have special requirements about where the ADs go. I was wondering because the town I live in does not have one.

I am trying to figure out why, even if we are a relatively small town of about 60,000 people. We are a college town though so that brings in more people.

P.S. What happens if you take the sticker off the back of a submariner or any of the watches. I know its a stupid question but I was wondering if taking the sticker off would affect the watches water proof ability or anything. I doubt it but im just curious. lol
