Rolex 18238 purchase help please...
Rolex with 18k president bracelet
White dial with roman lettering
T series ( with certs dated 1998)
No box
Condition: 9/10
President Bracelet has 22 links(how many links originally?)
Mild polishing
selling for : US$8350

Is the above a reasonable buy?
