I mentioned to the rep how they've been delivered in England already and got a "non Monsieur, it's not possible." I told him that, yes, they've been delivered in force, to which he responded "non non non not possible." Why argue with the customer? Especially when the customer is right! Even after nine years, French customer "service" can still surprise me.

i was told june by my AD on monday, and i had the watch on friday!
