My Milgauss broke, would it in covered under warranty?

Hello TRFers,

Today when I got my Milgauss 116400GV out of the watch box, pull the crown out to wind the watch, I notice that there was a problem. The watch was not winding, it did not go to the first position when the watch is unscrewed instead it goes straight to the second position of hacking.

I have 2 questions for you guys.

1) Will this be covered under the Rolex warranty?

2) How do you send a watch to Rolex? Can you do so by going to a AD?

Any help would be appreciated
