Omega Back Plate Interpretation
Does anyone know how to interpret the information on the back plate from an Omega Seamaster? Circa 1975.

Also, I think the second photo is a replacement Omega caliber 1425 Quartz. My local watch guy thought it looked OK, but in reality, I need to pass it by the forum. What do you think?
