Rolex on the cover of the local newspaper..

Anyone in San Diego, (and probably available on line as well), can take a look at today's (February 1st) Union Tribune, our local Newspaper. On the cover, of the main section, is a picture of a Yacht-Master, sitting next to a Timex. The article is entitled "Luxuary Items face downturn." It didn't mention Rolex specifically, but talked about how people are now buying from Wall Mart instead of Gucci, and that the luxuary items we Americans cherished so much (inferring a Rolex) are on their way out of favor and face "uncertain" futures.

Guess pretty soon this Forum will be entitled: "TTF" (The Timex Forum) and we'll all remember the good old days before Rolex went out of business...
