Absolutely epic. I'm torn between the black or the jade for my next acquisition. ;-)

A jade dial is my grail FPJ but I heard it is next to impossible now?

Not a perfect picture but I would rather be enjoying it on my wrist than taking picture.

Also thanks to all the people who inspired me along the journey. (You know who you are)
Congrats! Such a beautiful piece. I’d love to see what other straps you have planned for it.

I already have the original standard black and a set of red which will go well with it. And I am planning to get a turquoise which I feel would work. I think this one is a strap monster which will go well with most colors. I have seen people using natural calf/barenia and it also works well.

Thank you.

It's the recently discontinued boutique edition Automatique Lune Nacre mother of pearl dial in 42mm.

I think there are only DN, QP and TV left as boutique edition?

Switched from the orange to the blue strap. Not sure which one I like better.

Anyone know if the Titalyt coating from the Elegante will rub off like PVD? Am debating between the titanium and the titalyt. Prefer the look of the Titalyt, but not if it'll look bad after regular use.

The black label dial works so well on this watch: the perfect contrast of white and black. Really cool. Such a stunner.

Thank you. CO, AN and Lune are probably the best ones in black label configuration.

Even if you manage to get in without an appointment, if you want to be taken seriously (and have them take out pieces from the safes to try on rather than just star at the dummy watches in display cabinets) I'd always advise an appointment.

I could not believe how well I was treated by the Boutique on my visit with an appointment. I literally tried on every watch in the collection apart from the FFC. Most were not on display but came out from a safe behind the scenes once the sales staff had sussed me out. Totally overwhelming, but such an incredible and enjoyable experience.

I booked an appointment with six months in advanced in one of the official boutiques (April 2024). The only FPJ I could see was in the FPJ restaurant… so I think you are a so lucky man.

Can't decide between blue and orange ... this will prolly get me black listed both from FPJ and definitely from OCD Anonymous.

I always prefer non-alligator strap but in this case, the orange is better. The nacre CS deserves a classic and formal look IMHO. Maybe a blue alligator too?
