Incoming: SS Mint Green Sky-Dweller

Just picked up a SS Mint Green Sky-Dweller on Jubilee from my go to Trusted Seller, DavidSW. The watch is slightly pre-owned but I can not tell and it is super nice. I also own the Blue, Black and White Dial versions so now I have four, all on Jubilee. My wrist is 7.5-7.75, depending on the weather, and the Sky-Dweller fits me well. I also like the jubilee bracelet as I think it goes well with the fluted bezel. I am a fan of shiny watches. I have owned the Sky-Dweller in PM before and liked it but am looking at a YG Sky-Dweller, new model, with the Jubilee bracelet. Might pick one up. But for now I am going to enjoy my new watch.

Beautiful! Congrats. David is always great to work with. Were you able to get a discount on his asking price? His prices always seem to be very high.

Yes. I buy a lot from him and on some pieces he will give me a discount. Nothing crazy but what I consider fair. His customer service is also top notch and he is a straight shooter when it comes to both buying and selling.

Love the photo of all 4. I have the white on oyster but would like a blue on jubilee. I like the green but always wondered if I would like it the same a year or so later.
Enjoy the full set. Very special.

Very nice - Congrats!

I’d love to see your whole collection in one place - I’ve got a new arrival landing tmw which will mean I’ve picked up 5 watches in 17 years. Feels like you might have matched that in 17 days with the new incomings!

As a retiree with a lot of time on my hands and plenty of watches to buy/sell/trade with, I typically have very few constraints when it comes to picking up new watches. While not wealthy, I do have some disposable income to play around with so that helps also. Having been a collector for more than 30 years many watches I own, or have owned, were purchased when prices were not as high as today. So when I sell or trade those watches I can end up with a small windfall above what I paid so plenty of money to buy something else. It is all fun.

Damn homes. You got the market cornered.

I told my AD that I would happily purchase any stainless skydweller, as long as it’s blue!

Very cool- congratulations.

What draws you to the Skydweller? They are beautiful watches- just interested if there is a specific reason for your attraction.

Glad you are enjoying retirement!

Congratulations William.

Personally I’d mix it up with an Oyster bracelet but if you love the Jubilee (which is a given here!) option.

Enjoy.
