Something I thought about the other day, the Patek 5990 is WR, has a GMT hand and chronograph. So in some ways it’s a land sea and air watch all in one.

Anyway I’m trying to build this as my L/S/A combination.

Land: DaytonaC
Sea: Aquanaut 5167a
Air: JLC ultra thin duo face GMT

A bit different to the standard. Steel leather and rubber.

I always find this collection a bit nebulous. I get that the call for air pretty much requires a watch associated with flying either by GMT or other association (GMT, Sky Dweller, or Air-King). Land on the other hand can have a bunch of different definitions. Typical racing fans will jump to a Daytona. On the other hand it was the humble OP that scaled Mt. Everest (ok it was modified from standard). On the other hand, almost any Rolex not associated with Air or Sea will work from my perspective. The DD for example is as fitting as any. At any rate, my entire Rolex collection, brief as it is, could be considered to be aimed at the three mediums of land, sea, and air.

Agree that land, sea, air watches definition is kind of vague. Thanks for sharing your wonderful collection.

It seems the GMT, Daytona and Sub are a popular trio, here's mine!
