I've read that many ADs in the Middle East have vast amounts of inventory, but they charge whatever they want for it instead of MSRP.

You can also look into the Explora cruise ships that have Rolex ADs, although no guarantee on what you'll find--other than they say they have watches for sale on every cruise.

Other than that, no--unless you get lucky, you're not going to find what you're looking for at retail. Your best bet is to go to the ADs around you rather than around the world.
