AP House vs Boutique

Hi all, I've never had a chance to visit a House as there's none in Singapore. Is there any difference in service or allocations besides the obvious fact that a House looks more prestige.

I believe a House gets more inventory than a boutique.

Houses are way cooler than boutiques. All the boutiques have the same corporate look, but the Houses are all unique. I've been to Munich (old+new), NY, Zuerich and Shanghai, with Zuerich probably the most impressive space. Looking forward to Tokyo, where I have an appointment coming up. I hope our AP contact will move from the current boutique to an AP house, supposedly opening next year.

Regarding the question, allocations are only half the equation - doesn't help one if they get twice the allocations, but have 4x the VVIP customers.

So I assume only VIPs benefit from the inventory? Newbies like me is better to stay put in Boutique?

So Houses are set up differently than Boutiques. What about service wise? More personalised? The experience is even more luxurious? Too bad Singapore has no House for me to experience the difference.

More luxurious definitely. Service when arriving with an appointment has always been very good, but it really depends on how one hits it off with the specific SA. For me, nothing beats my "home" boutique.

Just more couches at the house, and a nicer environment.

But otherwise same experience
