Oysterflex Thickness versus Jubilee or Oyster?
Hi Team,
Is the Oysterflex bracelet thicker on the wrist than a Jubilee or Oyster bracelet? Please advise? Thanks! Mark |

I believe it is thicker because of the fins.

Not sure but I recently tried it on for first time at my AD and I really liked the feel and look of it.

Mine on my Sky D is more comfortable than any of by metal bracelets. The Sky D also has the Glidelock clasp which is a real bonus.

The band portion of my OF Daytona is about the same thickness as the oyster on my SS Daytona but the fins on the back of the OF add overall thickness so in effect it is a little thicker and you can definitely see it on your wrist.
The OF band is really comfortable and the mini glidelock on the new variants makes it easier to get a nice fit with the stock band lengths for most wrists. |

It bulges off of your wrist. I never liked that part but that’s part of the design. It won’t lay as flat as a metal bracelet because of the fins. But you get used to it. I like the OF but it needs to be fitted with the glide lock to get a perfect fit. It is super comfortable so that’s the trade off. Plus the OF models just look cool.

I typically don’t enjoy wearing a rubber or fabric strap and have, historically, changed them out for bracelets.
I recently took delivery of a WG YM on Oysterflex and have worn it a few days now. It’s as comfortable as everyone said it would be. I could easily wear it as a daily. I’m impressed. |
